Comfort Companion Annual Maintenance Program
Enjoy peace of mind knowing your system is being cared for properly with documented inspections, and member discounts in the event that your system runs into a hiccup! We’ll handle the maintenance, while you kick your paws up knowing your system is ‘pup-to-date’!
Maintenance Plan:
- Two scheduled maintenance visits each year (seasonal)
- 15% off all service repairs and indoor air quality improvements
- $500 off equipment replacements
- Reduced service call fees
- Priority service

Includes two (2) visits per year – Once in the spring before the heat arrives, and once in the fall before temperatures drop. Our spring visit is between March & May while our fall visit is between October & December. Please keep in mind, we do not do visits on weekends or after those months.
Spring AC Visit
- Includes Cleaning of Outdoor Coils & AC System
- Includes Measurement of Refrigerant Levels, Electrical and General
- Inspection of Whole System
- Includes General Cleaning & Tune Up of System
- Includes Standard 1-Inch Pleated Filter if Necessary
Fall Heating Visit:
- Includes Cleaning of Burner Assembly
- Includes Gas Pressure Inspection
- Includes Electrical & General Inspection of System
- Includes Standard 1-Inch Pleated Filter if Necessary
*Service Agreement Customers go to the top of the list in the event of an issue year-round.
Membership Terms and Conditions:
- Contract is for Yearly Coverage
- With monthly payments, homeowner agrees to provide up-to-date credit card info or contact Of Course! Heating and Cooling with up-to-date card info if needed
- Membership is ongoing until cancelled by homeowner
- Membership may be terminated after (2) unsuccessful billing runs
- If cancelled within 12 months, individual will be billed in the amount of any savings they received during their time as a member
